The interview process kicked off with a 30-minute phone screen. Next, I had a 30-minute interview with the Hiring Manager focusing on behavioral aspects. Then, a 30-minute interview with the Dept VP, also behavioral. After that, I spoke with a Senior CSM for 30 minutes about work style. The Site Director for the Office then interviewed me for 30 minutes about culture. Following that, I had a 30-minute interview with two CSMs from the team I'm applying to, covering background and behavioral topics. The process concluded with a 1-hour customer interaction roleplay exercise with the Dept SVP, Hiring Manager, and a CSM from the team.
I had 2 phone interviews and a wonderlic test, followed by an onsite interview that had 4 back-to-back interviews, some video calls, some in person. The role they were hiring for kept changing, and the position itself changed up until the final panel interview. We talked salary and start date in the first interview, but then they tried to offer me less money later on. I think the main reason I didn't get the job was because someone else accepted a really low offer.
I was contacted for a phone interview, and the screening questions were pretty standard, mostly about my background and career goals. Nothing too difficult. They said my application would go to the hiring team, but I got an email saying they decided not to move forward less than two hours later. I suspect the interview was over once I mentioned my salary expectations.
