Entrevista com RH, Gestor, pares e gestor técnico. Inglês será testado desde o início (há que se falar e entender um mínimo!) Também é necessário fornecer à uma empresa especializada (localizada no exterior) das diplomas, certificados, de referências empresas anteriores, documentação e atestados de bons antecedentes (PC e PF) que fará pesquisa de autenticidade, visando a segurança.
It was a long interview process with multiple steps. Recruiter response time was very delayed. Also, there is a competency test that must be completed before a formal offer can be extended.
So first there was an HR screener, then an online exam that was kind of like a wonderlic. After that, I had 4 interviews with other professionals, and one of them ended up being my manager. Interestingly, within a year, 2 of those 4 people left the company.
