1Password Interview Questions

Had a recruiter chat that felt a bit uninterested, just a general run-through with not many insightful questions or answers. Didn't seem to have a good grasp of the role. Got a callback from the recruiter screen about two months later.

This was a very involved process with 5 interviews and a written assignment, which felt like too much for a mid-level position. The people were very friendly though. They supplied the interview questions in advance, which helped. Unfortunately, going through this extensive interview process doesn't mean they are serious about hiring anyone. I was told to expect an offer by the recruiter, but then got ghosted until I followed up multiple times. The job has since been re-posted.

The interviewer was unprepared and seemed disengaged; they hadn't reviewed my resume and asked general questions not related to the job or my background. They were distracted during the conversation, offered little feedback, and didn't share much about the job or company culture, making it feel impersonal without real discussion or connection.
