Candidate-reported interview process

I went through 4 rounds of interviews. First, there was an HR screening. Then I met with the Hiring Manager who really wanted to know about my work ethic and also who I was as a person, it was about a 60% work experience and 40% personal mix. After that, I did a mock call with someone from the SDR Team to see how I handle cold calls. Lastly, I had a meeting with the Directors; a new director had just joined, so this felt like a culture check.

It was a pretty straightforward and smooth process, like every typical sales (SDR) interview.

It was 3 stages, thorough but quick. They clearly know who they want and don't drag things out. Everyone I spoke to loves the company and their jobs, you can tell.
