1Password Operations Manager interviews, decoded.

This was a very involved process with 5 interviews and a written assignment, which felt like too much for a mid-level position. The people were very friendly though. They supplied the interview questions in advance, which helped. Unfortunately, going through this extensive interview process doesn't mean they are serious about hiring anyone. I was told to expect an offer by the recruiter, but then got ghosted until I followed up multiple times. The job has since been re-posted.

The recruiting team at 1Password did a great job setting clear expectations throughout the interview process and went above and beyond to give me all the info I needed to succeed. The process took about 4 weeks from start to finish and included a Recruiter Screen, a Hiring Manager Interview, a Case Study, and an Executive Interview. All the interviewers were really nice and generous with their time, making sure I had plenty of time to ask my questions.

The interview process was great. The recruiter and hiring manager were very helpful and open about the job and team culture. The recruiter was very responsive and kept me updated.
