Candidate-reported interview process

It was a really chill, chat-like interview. I talked to HR first, then the hiring manager. Each chat was about 30 minutes, and the whole thing wrapped up in about a week.

It was a good and thorough interview, much like you'd expect from a SaaS tech company. This made it clear they're serious about hiring top talent and also value bringing in people who are a good cultural fit.

It began with a questionnaire, followed by two interviews. Everyone was really nice and friendly. Even though I didn't get the job, the experience was great. The interviews were pretty straightforward, and I got good feedback, but they said I didn't have the right background.
