The interview process was a step-by-step approach. First, the hiring manager gave a thorough explanation of the role. Then, they asked me about my experience managing multiple accounts in previous positions, and also about my background in statistics and supply chain.

I had an interview with a recruiter. The conversation went well, and they explained the background of the hiring process clearly. They mentioned that the next step would be a coding interview and suggested I prepare over the weekend, as it was a Friday. I spent my entire weekend preparing for the coding interview, but the recruiter never sent an email to schedule it. I feel like I just wasted my time. After looking at other reviews, I realized this is a common issue with this company. I should have checked reviews before interviewing and not wasted my time with this company.

This interview experience felt like a bait and switch. I had a great chat with the managers and was really excited about the company and even got a job offer. But then, the HR contractor first told me the hourly rate was $36, but later, in the final stages, they apologized and said it was actually $28 per hour, which was what my offer letter stated. The LinkedIn job post said the pay range was $25 to $31 per hour. I tried to negotiate for $31 per hour, but after they offered me the job at $28, HR ghosted me. It was super unprofessional, and I'm actually glad I didn't accept. Remember your worth!!

I applied via a staffing agency and after about a week, I had my first interview at WESCO. The interview process had 4 rounds in total. The first two rounds were onsite. The first one covered basic topics, and the second was with an architect. After being selected, they set up another call with the delivery manager, followed by a client interview. The client interview involved two managers who asked about delivery-related matters. Overall, the interview process was decent, but after completing the 4 rounds, I never heard back from HR, even after sending a few emails. If you're looking to switch jobs, I'd avoid this company because they don't have a proper response or feedback system.
