I went through a bunch of interviews with different people. It was super messy; they kept changing interview times last minute and sending meeting invites for totally random slots. It was so chaotic, I had to skip classes or miss work for interviews that never even happened. The interviewers mentioned they were swamped with work and the company was growing fast. After several interview rounds, they told me they'd let me know about an offer by a certain day. Then they called to say they'd tell me the next day, but then they ghosted me. The lead for their early career program was really unprofessional and disorganized.

It was an online interview, pretty short and easy. Lots of small talk and stuff outside of the main questions, which was really nice. Felt like they were more focused on me as a person and how I'd fit into the company culture instead of the usual cookie-cutter questions you get in most interviews.
