I applied through my university's career website and heard back a few days later. The next step involved an online SAT-style test with math and analogies, followed by a recorded web interview with 3-5 questions. Two hours after finishing the web interview, I got invited to Pittsburgh for multiple rounds of interviews happening in just 5 days! Once in Pittsburgh, there was a meet and greet the night before, then three 40-minute interviews the next day. They mentioned they were offering jobs to half the attendees. After the interviews, I got an email two days later stating I didn't get the job. The whole process felt quick, especially since they were filling 30 positions and I had hoped to secure a job before graduation. This experience has made me reconsider a career in sales.

The whole thing kicked off with this webinar/avatar interview, like a pre-screening thing, before I actually got to chat with someone on the phone. After getting through those initial steps, they flew me out to Philly for the main event – in-person interviews. It was a two-day deal, and I swear there were like 100 of us trying out for just 30 spots across the country. They made a decision pretty quickly, within a month.

The interview process was pretty simple and easy. I had to take an online test (included math questions). Also I had to record an interview online using Green Job Interview. After my interview was reviewed I was invited to go to their headquarters for a face-to-face interview. Unfortunately I was not able to continue with the application process.
