It was a really weird interview process, felt like a total scam. I was there for 8 hours, and it was basically just training for the job, and I didn't even get paid for my time. I definitely wouldn't recommend dealing with these people, it seemed super shady.

The interview process was a group setting. We watched a video about selling knives. They were looking for people with a positive attitude who are easily manipulated. I left when I learned they pay $25 per appointment, not per hour as posted on Glassdoor. I think you can find better knives for cheaper elsewhere. Don't waste your time with them.

So the interview was in person, I met with the hiring manager and someone from HR. It was pretty standard for this industry, you know, like most other companies. I had to introduce myself, talk about my past jobs in marketing, and answer some stuff about marketing campaigns.

Had a video call with managers, but only one was speaking. It was a group interview format, though you only saw the HR talking. Then there was a video presentation. After that, I had to complete a questionnaire asking why I thought I should be hired. Then I waited for a call back. I got a second interview over the phone. Then they said they needed to discuss applicants and would call back in a few hours or not at all. They were mostly interested in college studies.
