Got a call back the next day for the interview, which was pretty chill. The interviewer did most of the talking. The few questions asked were super basic. I had to read a script and they recorded it to check my tone, voice, and how fast I read. Afterwards, I was left to do an online personality test.

I saw the job post and applied, and about a week later I got a call for an interview. They talked about the job in detail. They showed me a script for making calls. They said I'd need to use my own laptop for the company website. They asked me to read the script out loud so they could check my voice, tone, and speaking speed.

We started with a group interview where we had to fill out an application. Then, I had one-on-one chats with the manager. After that, we went to a big room with other people applying. They told us about the company and the products they sell, gave a quick demo of knives, and then basically tried to get us interested in being sales reps for them.
