Behavioral Presentation

They began by explaining the company and its operations. Then, they asked me questions to gauge my suitability for the company. Upon receiving favorable responses, I was invited to continue for a second part of the interview, where they detailed the responsibilities of the position. Although the job posting was for a Customer Service Representative, it turned out to be a sales role, which felt a bit misleading as they weren't upfront about the job's actual duties. Being a salesperson is quite different from a customer service representative, irrespective of the pay structure. While the interviewers were pleasant and welcoming, I believe they should have been more transparent about the role's nature from the outset, rather than presenting it one way and then revealing the actual tasks during the interview.

I had a call from someone who qualified me, and they set up my interview. The office was behind a cheap motel in a strip mall, so it was hard to find. I got there early and went into a small, poorly decorated room with a small table. The interviewer came out and asked me to fill out a form on the table. After about 10 minutes, he returned to collect me and the form. The interview itself was pretty short and to the point, with questions about my current job and situation. There was only one question that stood out. The interview was over in less than 10 minutes, and they just said they would call if they were interested. After the qualifying call, I did some research and realized the position was for a door-to-door knife salesman. The experience was why I went through with the interview, but the job wasn't in my field, which is probably why they didn't call.

I got a letter in the mail advertising summer customer service work and I called the number and set up an interview the same day. I arrived and there were a bunch of other people waiting in the lobby and the receptionist pointed to a sign that said to fill out an application and wait for the interviewer. Then there was a group interview and presentation.
