The interview process was a group setting. We watched a video about selling knives. They were looking for people with a positive attitude who are easily manipulated. I left when I learned they pay $25 per appointment, not per hour as posted on Glassdoor. I think you can find better knives for cheaper elsewhere. Don't waste your time with them.

It was a group interview, pretty straightforward. First, there was a video explaining the job and a demo. Then, they set up follow-up tasks where I had to think of potential sales. After that, there was a one-on-one to figure out the next steps.

I had a video call interview with two other candidates, and there were two interviewers. Since it was my first interview, I was nervous, but the interviewers were friendly and asked straightforward questions, giving us plenty of time to respond. After the interview questions, we were told to wait for a phone call for further questions if we were a good fit. About half an hour later, I received the call and was asked about my goals and how this job would help me in the future. After answering, I got a message that I got the job.
