Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Vector Marketing.
Marketing Executive
So the interview was in person, I met with the hiring manager and someone from HR. It was pretty standard for this industry, you know, like most other companies. I had to introduce myself, talk about my past jobs in marketing, and answer some stuff about marketing campaigns.
- Can you elaborate on your background?
- Tell me about your experience in marketing campaigns.
- What are your thoughts on marketing campaigns?
Marketing
The interview process was very direct and easy. They spent most of the time promoting the role, telling stories, and trying to get me interested. It felt a bit strange, as online reviews have raised concerns about the position. The company seems legitimate, but I think someone could get an internship at a better company or in a better role with the same effort.
- Tell me about your passions.
Marketing Representative
It was online and on time, and they made sure everyone was there. It was through Zoom with the best and excellent group. There was an interview overview of the product introduction and information, then I received a brief interview phone call.
- Can you describe your relevant experience?
