Had a video call with managers, but only one was speaking. It was a group interview format, though you only saw the HR talking. Then there was a video presentation. After that, I had to complete a questionnaire asking why I thought I should be hired. Then I waited for a call back. I got a second interview over the phone. Then they said they needed to discuss applicants and would call back in a few hours or not at all. They were mostly interested in college studies.

It was a pretty chill and basic interview process since it was for an entry-level position. Mostly, we talked about the job duties. It was a simple chat.

Had a zoom chat about the company setup and the vibe of the work culture. They asked some typical interview questions, but the work culture wasn't for me. I inquired about past intern performance and received a non-specific response.
