The interview process was really good and interactive. The leads were very educated, and the whole interview process was smooth. You should definitely consider this organization once. Management is good as well. The interview was medium level, with questions related to DSA, Python, and SQL.

Lots of emails and calls with the recruiter. They set up a virtual interview and I joined 10 minutes early. I waited for 20 minutes and nobody showed up. Five days later, Vaco emailed me saying the company had already hired someone else and were busy with onboarding. Seriously, what kind of company does this? I absolutely do not recommend working with them. Big warning to both employers and potential hires!!!

The interview process was straightforward and felt like a good start for the job. It was quite different from the reality of working at Vaco, where I later found a lot of communication issues between the company and employees. They weren't very transparent, and I still don't know who my supervisors are. Promotions seem to be based on biased decisions. It's a chaotic environment there!

I got a voicemail and text about the role, but they didn't say who they were or what job it was for. I called back and they asked if I had two minutes for some questions, but then a senior person joined and it turned into a full interview right then. The communication between Vaco and the company was really bad. They even had me find information from the company and tell Vaco. Later they told me it was down to me and one other person and I was the best fit. My final interview with the actual company was awful. The interviewer was rude from the start, barely asked any questions, and none about my current job. When I asked about the other candidate, he admitted there were actually five, including internal people they were also considering, even though they were using a recruiter. I think they hired someone internally. Total waste of my time.
