After I sent my resume to the HR on LinkedIn, I heard back in about 3 days. The first step was a phone screen that lasted about 15 minutes. They asked 2-3 basic questions, but mostly the HR talked about the job and the company. The last 5-10 minutes were for my questions. A few days later, I got an email to set up the next interview with the team. The HR was really efficient and nice, and even gave me some tips on what to expect. The second interview was about 30 minutes long and included a team lead, a training lead, and a language specialist. The first 20 minutes focused on basic and field knowledge questions, with most being situational. The last 10 minutes tested my language skills. I got the offer about a week later. The whole interview process was smooth and the HR was very friendly and helpful.

The interview process took about 2 weeks. First, there was a phone interview where they just confirmed my experience and skills. Then, a Zoom interview in two different languages where I had to read a text and fill in missing words, and also give my opinion on some pictures. Finally, an interview with both the HR person and the leader. Everyone was very nice and kind.

It was a video call interview that lasted about 30 minutes. I felt a bit unprepared because they asked questions about handling livestream content and my views on social media. It seemed like they were looking for candidates with more experience in content moderation.
