Presentation Behavioral

It was a mix of zoom and in-person meetings, starting with a group meeting in an awkward conference room. They gave a slideshow about the company and earnings potential. Then, individual agents talked to me, asking about myself, my reasons for applying, my experience, and my commitment level.

So you show up with a group, about 18 people in mine. They do this presentation, a big part of it is showing off employee checks. I applied for two different jobs at two companies, and surprise, both interviews were at the same place, US Health Advisors. I'm pretty sure neither job I applied for was legit. The whole thing is set up to get you to join as a sales agent by showing you how much money you could supposedly make.

Behavioral Presentation

After I applied, someone got in touch within a week and we set up an interview. They sent a reminder for the in-person interview and told me what to expect. First, they gave a company presentation, which was great for getting basic questions answered right away. Then, I met with the leaders for the interview. The questions were fair, and the leaders were helpful and easy to talk to.

Behavioral Other

It was a bit confusing. I got an email asking me to join a ZOOM meeting in a couple of days. The person leading it talked about their own experiences, how much they earned, and gave a general idea of the work involved to get to that level. Afterwards, those interested were told to text them. A few days later, I was invited for an in-person meeting, but they didn't ask anything about my resume, career goals, or past experiences. They just gave me a packet of information and said to wait for a call from the onboarding specialist. I wasn't sure if I got the job until I got the email.
