When I first arrived, it seemed like a group interview, which I wasn't keen on. However, it turned out to be a company overview presentation that was really informative and useful. They were very open about everything and answered all my questions. I then had a one-on-one interview with a manager to see if I was a good fit for the company. The next day, I got a call with an offer to contract and join the team.

The interviewer in the Orlando downtown office was great. The person who gave me an overview of the company was very open about the role, explaining both the challenges and rewards of this career. They were thorough with both the positives and negatives, which I really appreciated. I could tell they genuinely enjoy the company they work for, and I liked that they were honest about everything.

This was the strangest interview experience ever, it felt like a scam the whole time. I got a call and email saying I was perfect for the role after they found my resume online. On the day of the interview, I got calls, texts, and emails confirming I was coming. I got to the office which was depressing and right off the highway. There were several other people there and we were told it would be a group presentation, which felt like a bad sign, and then individual interviews. The presentation lasted two hours straight with no breaks and the presenter didn't seem to realize it was too long. He just kept talking for two hours. He also yelled at me and another girl for not laughing at his jokes, which weren't funny, and honestly, nothing is funny after a two-hour talk. The presentation was mostly bragging about the company, how they are number 1, won awards, and offer lavish vacations. As someone else mentioned, if they're so great, why has no one heard of them? In the end, I asked about base pay and found out there isn't any, so I left before the individual interview.
