Customer Service Specialist
So I woke up 2 hrs prior thinking that I will have a chance to get a job where I will get an hourly rate pay check. Boy was I wrong. The first thing I noticed since this was a zoom meeting that there were other poeple other than the interviewer. The interview starts at 12 pm . The interview was conducted on Zoom due to covid19. There was 12 of us so we will call it a cattle call hiring process. Again the title for this job is customer service with hourly rate. The interview starts with introduction and talking about company but than I notice a trend "sales" not one mention of customer service taking calls. Nope just sales...... Job seekers beware and do not believe what you read. If your looking for a customer service job this is not what it says. You have been warned!!!

Customer Service Representative
US Health first has a group interview with about 10-15 other candidates present. Then, a manager gives a presentation about the company. Each candidate then has an interview with one employee. I felt the presentation and interview were misleading because I had researched the company and prepared questions to discuss during the interview. However, the interview format was strictly rating things on a scale of 1-10 with very little back-and-forth conversation.
- How important is making money to you, on a scale of 1-10?
Customer Service Agent
It was a phone interview, then a group interview, then a one on one interview. Pretty simple. The phone interview was brief. The group interview went over the company and some top earners as well as the CEO at the time. The in person interview was brief and focused on work ethic.
- Tell me about your work ethic.
