It was more of a presentation about the company, stating it was a 1099 position. It’s completely commission-based and they expect you to put in a lot of hours. You also have to fund everything to get started.

Applied and got a text two weeks later. The next available slot was for the next day at 12 o’clock for 45 minutes. I'm currently employed, so I planned to do it on my lunch break. The email instructions in the morning said they'd give a brief overview of the company and role, then we'd break out for private interviews. I joined the group Zoom call, and after 40 minutes, she was still talking about how we could become millionaires with hard work. I hadn't even received an invite for the actual interview yet. After listening to her talk about money for nearly 45 minutes, she hadn't asked me any questions. I ended up just leaving the call. Such a waste of time. They should be clear about how long the lecture part is and how much time it will truly take so people know what to expect.

I was contacted by a third party via text message to set up an interview. I found that unprofessional and thought it might be a scam. The interview was then set up by my Manager at USHA. I sat through a 45-minute video call, followed by a phone interview appointment to schedule a Zoom meeting.
