I applied in May 2025 for the Talent Partner role and a recruiter reached out. We had a good initial chat, they liked my experience and wanted to talk more. I sent a thank-you email after, but heard nothing back. A week later, the recruiter sent over some times for a second interview, which I picked, but I never got the invite. I followed up, and after about 7 days, they gave me more options. We set a meeting for Tuesday at 5 p.m., but they didn't show up. 10 days after that, I got an email saying they hadn't sent the invite because they were looking at other people and didn't want to waste my time. Honestly, I found the whole thing really unprofessional, especially since I put in the effort. They could have been more upfront and respectful. I know we're busy in talent acquisition, but respect is key for a good reputation. I was really interested in the job and company, thinking I'd be a great fit. But for some reason, I was out of the running without a clear reason. Also, they mentioned others started earlier, but I was contacted first, which feels a bit off.

Presentation Other

The interview process was okay and the people I met were nice. The last step was a role play/presentation that was done really badly. They framed it as a presentation, so I spent time preparing. On the day, there was an extra person in the call for the role play, but it wasn't clear and felt like they were trying to trick me. The worst part is I never heard back after the final stage, even after following up. It felt disrespectful to treat candidates like that. You should do better.

Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty standard interview process. They asked me questions about my past sales experience and the strategies I've used. We covered whether I met my sales targets, discussed my strengths and weaknesses, and my five-year career aspirations. Then, we talked about any questions I had for them.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process had a lot more stages than I initially realized, 5 in total including a task and presentation. It felt like the stages could have been shorter because the questions and stages were quite repetitive. Scheduling involved a separate person, not the interviewers, which led to a lot of back and forth and took about 5 weeks total. I didn't understand why the team couldn't schedule directly. There was absolutely no feedback throughout the entire process. After waiting 3 weeks with no word post-interviews, I withdrew my application to take another offer.
