Customer Success Manager
The interview process was okay and the people I met were nice. The last step was a role play/presentation that was done really badly. They framed it as a presentation, so I spent time preparing. On the day, there was an extra person in the call for the role play, but it wasn't clear and felt like they were trying to trick me. The worst part is I never heard back after the final stage, even after following up. It felt disrespectful to treat candidates like that. You should do better.

Customer Success Manager
It was pretty standard, I first chatted with the recruiter, then the CS manager, and then the account team! Very standard and easy going. No presentation was involved but they did ask "Give us an example when" or "How would you do this".
- Can you share an instance where you handled a dissatisfied client?
- Describe a time you assisted a customer in utilizing your product/service more effectively.
- Tell me about a situation where you dealt with an unhappy customer.
Customer Success Manager
I interviewed for a role and went through 2-3 phone screens, a half-day in-person, and another video interview. They chose someone else, which was fine. The hiring manager then asked me to interview for a different role that she thought I was a better fit for. I went through the whole process again: another phone interview, another half-day onsite, and another video interview. The recruiter then sent an automated email saying I didn't get the job. I asked the hiring manager for a quick chat about constructive criticism, but she said she didn't have time. So, after 10+ interviews across two roles, two onsites, automated rejection emails after final interviews, and no feedback, it's clear this company doesn't value candidates. Don't waste your time; recruiting and customer success don't care about you.
- Tell me about your background.
