The interview process started with an introduction, then we discussed strengths and weaknesses related to past experience. We also talked about why the banking industry was chosen over other industries mentioned on the resume, particularly if there was a career change.

Manager
The hiring manager was really easy to talk to and the whole conversation felt very approachable. They knew a lot about the company culture and work environment and seemed very supportive. I've interviewed with them before, and it's always been a good experience that gave me a great vibe about the company.

Intern
It was a video interview. They asked why I was interested in this company and program and what I was hoping to learn. There were also general Hirevue/AON style personality and situational questions. The interviews with the hiring manager tended to be more technical and specific to the job.

UAT Analyst
It was a fun and conversational interview. They asked questions about our personalities to see if we'd be a good fit for the role. They're looking for people who can commit to the entire length of the job.
