You get to pick your domain and then interview with the manager. They'll ask about your skills, experience, and if you're a good fit. Depending on your domain choice, you might also get technical questions or have to give a presentation.
- Can you present your Final Year Project using slides?
- Could you explain the technology that was involved in your Final Year Project?
Associate
There were 2 rounds in the interview process. The first was an individual interview with the hiring manager, and the second was a panel interview with 2 EVPs. They were mostly interested in getting to know me as a person, asking about my university activities and my reasons for pursuing a career in banking.
- Tell me about your university activities.
- What is your motivation for working in banking?
Summer Associate
It was a 2-step online interview process. The first step was an online assessment that was timed, with only 12 minutes allowed. I found the assessment a bit annoying due to the default function. It took me about an hour to complete all 4 assessments. The second step was an online recorded interview, which was very quick and simple. I had 1 minute to prepare after the question appeared, and then 2 minutes to respond. In total, it took about 10 minutes to answer all 3 questions.
- Can you share an instance where you demonstrated leadership skills?
- Describe a situation where you proposed an idea that faced opposition.
