This was a quick and easy process for a contract role. Expect standard basic questions and fast feedback on the outcome. There will be some back-and-forth questions and tests of your knowledge and skills.
- Can you describe your skillset?
- Tell me about your past experience.
- Describe a time you had to handle a difficult situation.
Quality Assurance Analyst
It was a short interview. The people interviewing me were from the department, not HR. It's a good idea to ask them questions too so you can learn more about the job. I think I should have been more proactive in trying to learn about the job and promote myself more.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Are you familiar with Microsoft software?
- How do you see yourself fitting into our organization?
UAT Tester
It was about a 45 min session. They asked technical questions about banking products. The interviewers were friendly. They said the job has a steep learning curve. I saw another person waiting for their interview.
- Can you explain how to summarize a book of rules and regulations?
