It was a basic interview, with questions geared towards fresh grads or those without prior experience. The interview itself was online, lasting about 30 minutes, and I had 2 or 3 people interviewing me. It felt like it went well, and the whole process was pretty straightforward!

First, there was an assessment test. Part 1 had Maths questions where I had to show my work, 10 Grammar MCQs, and 10 Comprehension MCQs about things like auto debit dispute payments. Part 2 was written in short answers and asked about my family background, what peers think of me, my best and worst previous job experiences and what I learned, and what kind of person I am. Part 3 was an interview with the management team. Honestly, the assessment felt like a waste of time and didn't make sense, but it was super easy so no need to worry. The interviewer was really rude and unprofessional, making up stuff and baseless accusations. They were belittling me the whole time, and I just wanted to leave.
