Sales Enablement Specialist
Got contacted about the role through a recruiter, which was quick. The first call was okay, seemed like the recruiter was into the job. They only gave me a basic rundown of the role and some links to Glassdoor, not even a real job description after the first chat. We scheduled a second meeting with the Global Enablement Director, but they never sent a calendar invite. I had no info, no reply to my message, and no meeting link. Total ghosting, no explanation or anything. It's wild because people are checking out the company too. Just ghosting someone who's prepping for an interview is rude and makes the company look disorganized, especially for a sales enablement job where communication is key.
- What is your understanding of our company?
Recruiter
I was contacted via LinkedIn and quickly had a first conversation with the hiring manager, which I felt was neutral. In the second stage, I spoke with one of the specialists, and for me, it was the best part of the process. The questions were smart and deep, and I had the chance to share my experiences, motivations, and work philosophy. I felt comfortable and truly heard. However, in the final interview with one of the founders, I had a different impression. I sensed little openness to dialogue and a more rigid approach than I expected. I left feeling I couldn't showcase my full potential, mainly due to the conversation's dynamic. I believe I was somewhat aligned to reach the final stage, but this wasn't confirmed. My feedback isn't about the rejection, which is normal, but about how the final stage was handled, especially the lack of tact in the interaction. I later received an automated response.

- How do you organize yourself?
Frontend Developer
The recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn, I was interested in the position and we scheduled a meeting. We talked about my experiences and the company structure. It was an interesting interview, I felt comfortable talking about my challenges. Unfortunately, I wasn't offered the position because of my seniority level.
- Can you tell me about your experiences?
- How long have you been working in this field?
- What challenges have you encountered in the role's area?
Sales Manager
The interview process was horrible, based on my experience and accounts from friends and top sellers who also interviewed here. It started with a recruiter call where HR just read from a script without learning about me, which was a red flag. Another red flag was the VP of Sales, who was recently promoted and has spent his career as an account executive. He seems to have let the title go to his head and struggles with decision-making and hiring. I've seen their recent regional sales management hires and I'm sure they regret them, as the internal team does too. The compensation was also very low and not market-aligned. I felt compelled to share this warning for enterprise sellers to avoid this company, especially the sales leader and HR. Consider Asset Watch instead.
