The recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn, I was interested in the position and we scheduled a meeting. We talked about my experiences and the company structure. It was an interesting interview, I felt comfortable talking about my challenges. Unfortunately, I wasn't offered the position because of my seniority level.

RH interview to get to know the company, ask questions, and a quick resume presentation. It was weird when I asked about the salary range and they said there wasn't one and they were open to negotiation, which to me is a gigantic red flag for salary gaps between employees. They asked me to list what tools and libraries I had used, without focusing on any specific tool or implementation, just say all the ones I remembered. Interview feedback was generic and standard, but I believe I was rejected because my salary expectation was above the 'open budget' for the role.

Behavioral Technical

A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn about a job opening and asked if I was interested in an initial chat. The interview started on time, but she had some connection issues, and a 'bot' joined the call. It was pretty relaxed, with questions about the technologies I use and projects I'm currently working on. She said she'd get back to me about a second interview, but I never heard from her. It felt a bit sloppy and unprofessional, especially since she was the one who reached out.
