Various interview stages, which would make sense if they weren't repetitive. HR was well-prepared for the initial conversations. The Tech Lead, however, was the complete opposite, showing zero enthusiasm for talking with the candidate and seeming to evaluate solely based on conversation rather than discussing the delivered challenge. The interview lacked technical substance; it's the classic "if I like you, you pass" scenario. It would be beneficial to improve the technical stages, especially for senior roles.

Processo rápido e bem definido, durou menos de um mês com uma entrevista por semana (4 no total). A primeira foi com o RH, nada diferente, apenas confirmando o currículo e se tem o conhecimento, nenhuma parte técnica. A segunda foi uma entrevista técnica, com duas pessoas do time técnico onde fizeram diversas perguntas sobre a tecnologia e trabalhos que já fez, além de passarem um desafio para casa (CRUD simples). A terceira foi uma entrevista técnica para rever código, perguntando sobre bibliotecas utilizadas e decisões no código. A quarta foi com o CEO da empresa para confirmar a cultura da empresa e motivos que a gente gostaria de entrar, uma conversa bem direta e sendo bem real da rotina da empresa.
