I went through their website for the application process. I had an interview scheduled, but it was postponed twice by the marketing manager. The second postponement was on the same day as the interview and without any prior notice. Once the interview finally happened, it lasted 30 minutes and focused on my past experiences. They told me I'd hear back in a week. A week passed with no update, so I emailed for a status but got no response. After another week, I sent another email, still no reply. Finally, I received an email through their recruitment platform stating I was rejected due to technical reasons, even though no technical interview was conducted. Overall, I don't recommend this company. If they can't be serious and professional about a candidate's time during the recruitment process, I can't trust they'll do so if I were hired. Worst recruitment experience I've had to date.

The interview was super quick, around 15 minutes. The interviewer seemed to be in a hurry, they barely explained anything about the company (even though I had already done my research). They completely disregarded my entire background and portfolio as a designer just because I didn't fit the 'Technical Fit'. It's a shame they don't offer more flexibility to candidates. I didn't even get to speak with the hiring manager; the hiring process was supposed to be a joint effort between HR and the lead responsible for the role.

The HR part was very smooth and they made me feel really comfortable. But the manager part wasn't that welcoming. Overall, it was good though.
