I was contacted via LinkedIn and quickly had a first conversation with the hiring manager, which I felt was neutral. In the second stage, I spoke with one of the specialists, and for me, it was the best part of the process. The questions were smart and deep, and I had the chance to share my experiences, motivations, and work philosophy. I felt comfortable and truly heard. However, in the final interview with one of the founders, I had a different impression. I sensed little openness to dialogue and a more rigid approach than I expected. I left feeling I couldn't showcase my full potential, mainly due to the conversation's dynamic. I believe I was somewhat aligned to reach the final stage, but this wasn't confirmed. My feedback isn't about the rejection, which is normal, but about how the final stage was handled, especially the lack of tact in the interaction. I later received an automated response.
