It was pretty simple at first, the HR person was nice and kept me in the loop. There were about 4 or 5 interviews. I thought things were going well and got good vibes until the last round, then no offer and no explanation.

It was a pretty standard process, a few rounds which is what I expected. I talked to my direct manager and also their manager, even though I wouldn't have been reporting to them.

Four rounds of interviews covering technology and management topics. There will be general questions, and you'll be asked to explain certain processes based on your expertise. The HR round is more casual, where salary expectations will be discussed. It's generally easy to succeed if you're well-prepared.

Applied online and had to fill out a form with a lot of info about my background and skills. Then I had to do a mock request for a client, which was writing a small report for them. The next day, I was asked to set up a phone interview using Calendly, which was scheduled for the following week. I got a confirmation and a reminder about an hour before the interview. However, the call never happened, and I received no communication. After waiting a few hours, I still heard nothing. The following day, I got an email saying I wasn't selected. This whole experience was disorganized and frankly, despicable. I wasted time waiting for a call that never came and felt like I just got a generic rejection instead of an apology or explanation.
