My 1st round was a phone screening with HR covering the basics. My 2nd round was a skype interview with the hiring manager and another team member because I was out of town. They asked basic behavioral questions and about my interest in marketing/publishing.

Behavioral Case

I had a normal first call with the recruiting manager where we talked about general fit and mostly why I wanted the job. Then, I had a few interviews back-to-back at their office. Setting it up was easy and they worked around my current job's needs. The interviewers were chill, but the interview itself was tough. They asked some hard behavioral questions and a couple of case studies about a business problem the company is currently facing.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Regarding the case studies, they didn't require deep knowledge of the business model. However, prior industry experience would be a big plus, as I spent a lot of time figuring out the model during the case interview.
