I got referred by a previous employer. Someone reached out and I had a phone chat with HR. Then I was invited in. I interviewed for several roles with different people. Not long after I left, I got a call to come back for more interviews the next day. I met a few more people and did an excel test. I followed up but never heard back.

I started with a chat with the Sr. Financial Analyst's Assistant, mostly to go over my resume and Excel skills. After that, I had a pretty in-depth 30-minute interview with the Sr. Financial Analyst. She asked a mix of standard interview questions like strengths, weaknesses, and future goals. She also really wanted to know the specifics of my current role, like what my daily and weekly tasks involve. For example, when I mentioned doing month-end closing entries, she asked for a detailed explanation of my process. It was a very thorough interview overall. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back since then.

The interview process started with an employee referral. There were 4 rounds in total, which included a written test covering accounting, aptitude, and email writing, followed by an Excel test and two technical rounds. The entire process lasted about 6 hours. The HR was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable, and lunch was provided. Unfortunately, even after I cleared the final round, I never received any follow-up. I also sent an email to the HR asking for feedback on the interview, but I didn't hear back from them.
