I had a 30 min screening with the recruiter and then a 30 min chat with a team member. Both interviews went pretty smoothly. The recruiter call was super basic with easy questions. The second interview felt great, and I really connected with the person I spoke with. But then, I got totally ghosted after that second interview, never even got a reply when I followed up. It was pretty annoying to then see the job posted again on LinkedIn after all that.

Behavioral Technical

I had a good experience interviewing with The Wonderful Company and the interviewers were nice and engaging, but the recruiting experience itself was not great, especially with communication. I went through four rounds of interviews, putting in a lot of time and effort. Even though I got pretty far, I never got a formal notification of the decision. I had to chase them multiple times to find out I wasn't moving forward. It's one thing to not hear back after applying, which is understandable given how competitive the job market is. But after a long process like this, candidates should at least get a timely update, whether it's a rejection or information about the next steps. To make things worse, even the acceptance updates were confusing, and HR seemed to have wrong info about when I'd hear back. I was left in the dark and had to constantly ask for updates. What's even weirder is that about six months later, the same job seemed to still be open, as I saw it posted again on job boards. This makes you wonder about how efficient and clear their hiring process is. I hope this feedback helps the company improve its communication with candidates and provide timely, clear updates, respecting the time applicants put in.

The recruiter no-showed the call for the Recruiting Operations Coordinator role. I had to reschedule twice previously due to LA fires and then getting sick. When the interview finally happened, I logged in but the recruiter didn't show up. I emailed to reschedule but never got a response. Over a week later, I received an automated rejection email that said it was nice speaking to me about the role, even though we never spoke. It had a typo too. Pretty lazy and disrespectful recruiting. Glad it didn't work out.

Behavioral Presentation

The application process had a straightforward and reasonable timeline. It started with a recruiter Zoom screen, followed by a primary hiring manager Zoom screen. Then, I believe there was a brief PPT presentation to prepare (not to present) on how to tackle strategic HR issues. After that, there was an in-office 'superday' with interviews from supervisors of each functional rotation. Everyone was pretty friendly and professional. There were 1-2 interviewers in each 30-minute slot, totaling 90 minutes. The interview was mostly conversational and a bit informal. The office was nice, and entry instructions were clear, with no issues. I was greeted by an HR team member and received a nice goodie bag of TWC products. Then I had my interviews and was walked out by the recruiter who was my main contact. Overall, it was a smooth and professional experience.
