Started with an initial phone call, then a secondary call to get ready for the in person meeting, and finally an in person meeting with follow up. It felt like each step was planned well and I was kept in the loop. The in-person part was probably the most nerve-wracking to prep for since I met with 7 different people in a mix of group and 1 on 1 settings. I got a schedule for the day that showed everyone's title and they were all relevant to the job. They set up and paid for my travel. Overall, the process was clear and meeting everyone in person was a good time. Their LA office is nice with an outdoor eating space for employees. Everyone I met was really friendly and helpful.

- Before the interview, I received a company info sheet detailing company values and how TWC contributes to the community. It’s advisable to research the company beforehand, as is standard for most interviews. TWC has significantly impacted local communities and education at both corporate and individual brand levels, which is detailed on their website.

I was contacted by the Hiring Manager and she kept rescheduling our phone call, letting me know right before the scheduled time or at the end of the day. When we finally spoke, the interview was rushed and she seemed really overwhelmed. I was expecting a second call but got a thank you email saying I wasn't selected for the role about a week after.
