A recruiter named Stacey Schneider reached out to me on LinkedIn. I had been interested in The Wonderful Company for a while, so I was excited to pursue this opportunity. Stacey had great things to say about the company, team, and the role. She then passed my resume to the hiring manager, who wanted to meet me in person. Stacey was very helpful throughout the process, answering my questions and providing insights. She even checked in on me after I was hired and set up a lunch meeting during my first month to see how things were going. Her communication and honesty made me want to interview for this position.
- Describe how you would structure a 30-minute presentation to pitch a new item for a second location in a competitive market, including the number of slides you'd use.

I interviewed for their Finance and Accounting Rotation Program. The whole process took a couple months. First was a quick 15-minute screening by HR, then a 30-minute interview with a manager/director, then a final round on-site superday interview with 4-6 people for 30 minutes each. The interviewers were friendly and easy to converse with, and I had lots of time to ask questions. This rotation program is primarily an accounting rotation program, with only one of the four rotations being FP&A. I did not receive an offer because of my lack of accounting experience. Overall, aside from the average/somewhat slow updates, it was a straightforward process.
- Can you describe your background and any experience you have using Excel?
- Do you have any standard behavioral questions for me?

So I had this phone interview scheduled, but the recruiter didn't call at the scheduled time. After waiting 10 minutes, they just sent a new invite for the next day with no explanation. The next day, we had the call, and still no apology or reason for rescheduling. Then, at the end, they said to email if I didn't hear back in a week. I emailed, no response. Another week went by, I emailed again, and still nothing. It would've been nice to just get a reply back.
- Can you introduce yourself?
