Customer Service Associate
It took over 2 months and 4 rounds. The first was with HR, then a meet with the VP, then a meet with operations. The final round was in person with both the VP and operations. All other meetings were remote.
- How would you sell yourself in the 4th interview?
Customer Service Representative
I got a call and we set up a time for the main interview. They asked me some basic questions about my career goals, my skills, and how I can contribute to the company. They also explained the job expectations and what the pay and benefits are like.
- What are your strengths?
Customer Service Specialist
The office is kinda hard to find, so get there a little early. It's in the basement. The manager was nice and professional. The interview was a zoom call with some of the people I might be working with. They were friendly, and I was surprised they weren't dressed more formally for an interview. A toddler even popped in at one point. They asked me questions related to the job and some problem-solving ones too.
- Are you able to create spreadsheets and what is your experience level with them?
- Once your tasks are finished, do you believe your workday is over?
- What would you do if a customer decided they no longer wanted the water?
