It was pretty straightforward, mostly basic questions. I'd recommend thinking about examples of when you've worked as part of a team, taken initiative, and tackled problems. Be ready to talk about your top three skills and a weakness. They also asked about clothing.

So I had a Zoom call, it was with the two presidents of the corporate buying office and a senior buyer. They asked me questions like, tell me about yourself, have you worked in the store before, who I knew within the company, my skills in excel, and times I have faced and overcame a challenge, but they were very friendly!

It was a pretty standard interview process. They asked a lot of questions, and it was conducted in the store. The vibe was chill, but there was a significant wait time before the actual interview began. A lot of the discussion focused on my past work history. Overall, it was a fine experience.

The hiring manager seemed nice but she kept interrupting me and would go on to the next question even after she asked me to name 3 different reasons why I should work there when I wasn’t even done with my first answer I only said for 30 seconds. I would have shown I was a better candidate despite lack of relevant, recent experience if she wouldn’t have interrupted me so much! And she did say she really liked my answers so I wonder if she was going more off the relevant, recent experience and just interviewing me to give everyone who applied a shot. I also called the location when I got a generic rejection email since I applied and heard back from other locations and just wanted to make sure it was from them. I spoke to another worker and she just said that they went with someone else with better availability which is made-up BS since I told the hiring manager I would be having full availability including all summer.
