I applied online and they emailed me right away to schedule an interview. When I got there, even though there weren't any customers, I had to wait 10 minutes. The manager took me to the back, still on the sales floor, and mostly read from a script, even checking his phone while I was talking. He said he'd call by Monday for a second interview, but I never heard back. I called Tuesday, and he asked me to hold while he put me on the phone with someone else. He asked me to call back in a minute, but hours went by. I called again, and the manager didn't even talk to me this time; the associate said he'd call by end of day. That call never happened, not even days later.

The interview took place on the sales floor, so be ready to be on your feet. Dress like you normally would for work - jeans and a nice top are fine, though branded clothes are a plus but not required. It's a casual interview with questions about different situations.

I met them at a college career fair and set up the first interview. That first interview was really important. They asked a bunch of questions to get to know me and then asked about my leadership roles. It felt like they really wanted to see if I could hold a conversation and be friendly. In the second interview, they wanted me to ask questions before they offered me the job.
