It was a really fast interview process, done in person. I was told to wear casual clothes, not formal business attire. The vibe was super chill, almost like talking with friends. You should definitely be ready for a bunch of situational questions about how you'd handle things in the store.

After applying online, I got an email to schedule an interview for that same evening. About five days later, I received an email saying someone else got the position. You should know about their intern role and the company. They asked about my college life and what I'm interested in. Also asked how I felt about selling to customers. For dress code, they said to wear lots of layers and accessories, and if possible, clothes from The Buckle, dressing like I would for work there. Based on the intern description, know what you want to gain from the experience and what you want to do with your degree. You might have to do a mock sale to the interviewer.

It was a pretty laid-back interview. They asked me some prepared questions, but the main focus was really on how I communicated. They also seemed really interested in my past experiences with public speaking and my involvement in my school's business club.
