We had a group interview with legos. There were 6 of us and we had to work individually on tasks they gave us. There were 5 tasks in total, the last one was to develop a story connecting everything developed by the interviewees. First they gave us the task, then we built, and then we had to explain the process and what we did a bit.

Confirmed questions5 questions
  • Build an innovative, tall, wide, and long bridge.
  • Given some photos, replicate the structures shown exactly.
  • Using the previous structure, modify it to represent something that identifies you or shows a strength.

The interview process started with 3 online tests, which were the hardest due to time constraints, but it makes sense to see if you can work under pressure from behind a computer. Then there was a 2-hour in-person group exam with LEGOs. Finally, there was an online English test, both oral and written. The group exam was really cool, the first time I saw an interview like this. The time limit was like a song, you keep building until it's over.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you tell us about your current activities and if you are employed, along with your educational background?
  • We'd like to know about your family situation.
  • And how do you envision your future?

You will use LEGO bricks (or similar building materials) in a group activity. Everyone will build something with the blocks. Afterwards, each person must explain to the group what they intended to represent with their construction. For example, if you built a house, you could say: “It represents a safe place for me, where my pets and my family are.” The idea is for you to practice oral expression: how you tell your ideas, how you organize what you want to say, and how you communicate it to others.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Copy an image with LEGOs and explain why you chose it.
  • Choose what monument or figure you would put and why.
