Tuve 4 entrevistas, todas virtuales y asincrónicas. Eran sobre lógica, inglés/español y estadística. Tienen una dificultad media para un estudiante avanzado en la universidad. Me fue bien, pero quedaron en agregarme a la bolsa de oportunidades dentro de Techint y, en caso de disponibilidad, comunicarse conmigo.

You will use LEGO bricks (or similar building materials) in a group activity. Everyone will build something with the blocks. Afterwards, each person must explain to the group what they intended to represent with their construction. For example, if you built a house, you could say: “It represents a safe place for me, where my pets and my family are.” The idea is for you to practice oral expression: how you tell your ideas, how you organize what you want to say, and how you communicate it to others.

I applied on the company's career page. First, you receive three tests: a logic test, then a math test, and finally a reading comprehension test (don't spend too long on this last one or you won't finish it). If you do well, you'll be invited to a group assessment using the Lego Serious Play methodology with 5 other people. If you pass this interview, you continue with an English test that isn't a filter but rather to assess your level. If you've reached this stage, they'll be in touch to offer you a suitable position. Once a position is offered, you'll have an interview with the area leader to get to know you and talk a bit more about your tasks, followed by an online test to understand your personality. This whole process took a month, but it can take longer. For any position, the setup is FOUR days in the office and one day of remote work.
