First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Techint.
Project Engineer
The interview process was pleasant and cordial, but intensive with multiple stages. First, there was an extensive logical-mathematical test followed by a psychological profile evaluation. Then, group interviews were held to assess teamwork dynamics. The interviewers demonstrated knowledge and a high professional profile.
- What are your job/professional expectations?
Project Engineer
It was a very long interview process with many stages. It included logic, grammar, and English level assessments. I passed all of them. They called me back six months later, but when I asked again, I didn't get any answers.
- What was your biggest challenge?
- How do you resolve something that doesn't go as you expected?
Engineer
First, there was a logic, math, and reading comprehension test. Then, there were specific, random questions in a recording where you have 30 seconds to think and 2 minutes to answer. Finally, there was an English test.
- Tell me about a time you had to lead.
