Process Engineer
Remote text comprehension test/logical-mathematical test/English test, followed by a Teams introductory chat about your aptitudes and teamwork style, and finally an in-person technical interview delving deeper into your CV details and thesis work.
- What are the topics of your thesis work?
Process Engineer
It's a pretty methodical process. They give you several logic, English, and text comprehension tests (basically, just do your best and as fast as possible). They do a pre-recorded video interview, then they call you saying they are very pleased. Now, in theory, an interview with someone from the area would follow.
- Why did you choose to apply to our company?
- What are your thoughts on the tests? They seem easy but require a good amount of time.
Industrial Engineer
First, there was a timed analytical numerical evaluation. Then, a timed text comprehension evaluation. Following that, a group interview with interaction dynamics and Lego games. It was very interesting, with good treatment. The process is recommendable both for itself and for gaining interview experience.
- Timed questions involving tables and quick information interpretation.
- Questions focused on creativity.
