Engineering Intern
It was virtual, but PRE-RECORDED. The website showed the interviewer's video, and you responded in real-time. It lasted 30 minutes. There were no technical questions, but about projects, experiences, teamwork, professional interest, and interest in the company.
- Can you tell me about team projects you've worked on?
- Have you ever led a team or made significant decisions within a team?
- What challenges have you faced when collaborating with others?
Engineering Intern
The interview process started with 3 online tests, which were the hardest due to time constraints, but it makes sense to see if you can work under pressure from behind a computer. Then there was a 2-hour in-person group exam with LEGOs. Finally, there was an online English test, both oral and written. The group exam was really cool, the first time I saw an interview like this. The time limit was like a song, you keep building until it's over.
- Can you tell us about your current activities and if you are employed, along with your educational background?
- We'd like to know about your family situation.
- And how do you envision your future?
Engineering Intern
I had 3 tests. First, a reading comprehension test with 18 short texts and 30 minutes to answer. Then, a math test with 15 problems in 30 minutes, followed by a logical reasoning/psychometric test. I got an email saying I did very well and advanced to the in-person Lego interview, which was a group interview with 6 people and a psychologist. It was about getting to know me and what I want to do.
- It's important that when asked which area you want to join, you state the area you are interested in.
