The first stage had four virtual tests: numerical reasoning, logical reasoning, text comprehension, and English. The difficulty was medium, except for the numerical reasoning test, which was harder. Response times were good.

It's a long process with several stages. First, you have to do reasoning, reading comprehension, and English comprehension tests. Then, you move on to interviews; I had two, but nothing came of it. My experience was very negative. In the last interview, they told me at the end that they hadn't heard anything I said because their internet signal was very bad. If you're not selected, don't expect a response; they don't have the ethics to notify you on time. They mentioned feedback, but they just ignored my messages.
