The interview process here was really disorganized and communication was bad throughout. I got to the final round where they fly you out. The two interviewers were late and seemed disorganized once we finally met. Even though the interview seemed to be going well and we discussed next steps, I didn't get the offer before heading home. I asked the recruiter for feedback since it seemed positive, but they said the interviewers would reach out and they'd keep me updated on other roles. Neither of those things happened. I'd be careful interviewing here if you need clear communication and timely follow-ups.

HR reached out saying I was a good fit, so I agreed to move forward. The first interview was with the global director and line manager, followed by another interview the next day with two seniors. They gave me the offer the day after, so it was a really quick process. They asked general questions about my current job workflow and processes, which felt more like a screening, but in a good way.

The whole process was efficient, informative, and effective. The interviewer was polite and considerate of my time. We had a valuable and informative discussion about the potential role. Communication was good throughout the process, and the interview was followed up with a phone call.

I interviewed for the Clinical Eye Care Educator role at Syneos Health and it was a mixed bag. The interview itself was fine, people seemed nice and knew their stuff. But after, communication was really spotty. I didn't get updates when I should have and felt like I was waiting forever. I didn't get the job in the end, but I learned a lot about the role and company. It would have been better if communication was clearer, especially with the long waits for news. Syneos is a good company, but be ready for potential communication delays.
