Contracts Manager
The interview process has a few parts. First, you'll chat with the recruiter to see if you're a good fit experience-wise and if you're motivated. After that, you'll talk with the direct manager in Buenos Aires, who will dive deeper into your technical skills and see if you'd fit in with the team. Then, you'll have a meeting with the manager's boss, focusing on how you'd fit into the company structure and any strategic stuff. Lastly, there's a round of interviews with the team in the US, all in English, to check your main skills and how well you can work with international colleagues.
- Can you describe your daily responsibilities in your current job?
